This courses focuses on three different private international law questions:
- international jurisdiction
- applicable law
- recognition and enforcement of judgments
Furthermore, these three private international law questions will be analysed with respect to a variety of private law topics, including but not limited to contract law, tort law and family law. The course is aimed at providing students with both a theoretical and practical knowledge of the rules in this field.
