Administrative law is traditionally taught as a national project: this body of law varies according to country, notably due to differences in legal culture, historical concerns, type of relationship between citizens and public bodies and the public goods requiring regulation.However, the increasing de-territorialization of administrative law has lately challenged this perspective.
